The Way To Be Happy : Stay in The Present !

“Animals are the only creature that can live in the present. Humans can not. So they invented hope” – I am thinking of ending things

The measurement of how happy and calm we are is determined by how far we can live in the present. Regardless of what we have been done yesterday or last year, or what we can do for tommorow, the present is the only place we are belong, always!

It doesnt have to be questioned anymore that most of us has the neurotic ability to wasting our live, worrying about everything- at the same time. We let our problem in the past and also in the future dominating our present, it is getting worse until we get lots of anxiety, frustation, depresion, and hopeless for no reason. Besides, we also tend to procrastinate our happiness, priority, and joy, mostly by convincing our self that ‘One Day” our life will be better than today. Unfortunately, the same circle of thoughts saying to always look for the future is only will be repeated until we realize that ‘one day’ will never exist.

When we are so busy to think about our plan for tommorow, or next year; our family will getting older, our dearest ones will leave us, our body will not same anymore, also we will never can feel the delicate of happy life because we are too busy to think about the future. In the short word, we get so many loss in our life without we ever know!

The truth is, no one can ever guarantee that your plan or your ‘one day’ of life will be happened tomorrow. You will never know whether you can do those plans or not for tomorrow. The only phase of your life that you can fully control is just the present. If our concentration is in the present, we can absolutely throw the dread in our mind immediately. Mostly our fear, anxiety, depression comes because our attention is not in the present, but in the future.

Therefore, the best strategy to stay happy, and enjoy our life is by bringing our attention come back to the present moment. Whether you are in the very boring or hard situation now; you can still feel alive and happy if you have fully control of your present. Just do it!
